Conditions and Restrictions

• If we show up to pick up the dumpster and it is moved, unavailable, or blocked in where we cannot pick it up, you will be charged a $100 trip fee.
• On the day of pick up have the front of the dumpster cleared. We start picking up bins as early as 6:00 am.
• We automatically schedule the pick-up of the dumpster; it is your responsibility to contact Econ Dumpsters two business days before the pickup day if you need it longer. If you do not call, there is a chance that we have already reserved the bin for another customer.
• Keep in mind that you own the materials until the transfer station accepts the load. We do not guarantee pick-up or delivery times but do our best to provide prompt service.
• Liquid Waste – All liquids are prohibited from landfills, including wet paint and automobile fluids. If wet paint is discovered, there will be a $20 disposal fee per gallon. If there is hazardous material discovered in the bin it’s a $50 fee gasoline, oil..etc it’s $100 clean up fee if spilled in bin.
• No hot ash, coal, or any items that were once on fire and have not had ample time to fully extinguish should be placed in the dumpster.
• If you have any of these items, contact us for loading instructions. Our equipment is not designed to take stumps, root balls, concrete, soil, rocks, shingles or any other heavy materials. Do not place these items in the dumpster. If the load is too heavy, we will not remove and you will be responsible to unload it. There will be a $100 trip fee and a charge of $50 per day until the bin is light enough to be picked up.
• LEVEL LOADS ONLY! Over-loaded dumpsters will not be hauled and a return trip fee of $100 will be applied to the cost of the service (plus $50 additional day service); we will return when the items have been removed. This is a law and it is only safe to haul secure loads. If the driver has to remove debris from an overloaded bin it is a $50 charge. We will take a photo for our records.
• Pick up; No dumpster can be loaded more than 4 tons. Additional cost per ton over is pro-rated at $100.
• Any Hazards Before delivery – You are responsible for identifying any hazards at the delivery location such as overhead power lines, loose animals, septic tanks, low-hanging trees and bushes, basketball hoops key codes, gate codes & driveways that are insufficient to carry the weight of our equipment.
• We are not responsible for any damages caused by hazards that are not identified by you before delivery. You are responsible for any damage done to the dumpster besides normal wear.
• The following is not considered normal wear but is not limited to burn marks, machinery or vehicle damage, paint/graffiti, holes, large dents, etc.
• If we come to deliver the dumpster and you decide you no longer want the dumpster for any reason. You will be charged a $100 trip fee to cover delivery costs.
